Lessons are accepted by pupils on the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancelled lessons will be charged at the full rate unless a minimum of forty eight (48) hours notice is given to Ambition2Drive.

2. Ambition2Drive reserve the right to withdraw a vehicle or instructor from a DSA practical driving test or assessment if in the opinion of the pupils instructor they are to a satisfactory test standard.

3. While Ambition2Drive will endeavour to make your driver training run smoothly we cannot be held responsible for unforseen postponement of lessons due to illness of staff or mechanical breakdown of vehicle, nor for driving test postponement by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA).
